We have designed for the Rice Research Center (Ente Nazionale Risi) some multimedia interventions designed to enrich the viewing experience of the Teaching Room. An exhibition space dedicated to the history, production techniques and organoleptic characteristics of Italian rice qualities. The interactive contributions shape the various aspects involved in the visit: from the production phases, to the opinions of experts, through animated infographics relating to the context of rice cultivation in Italy to the multimedia recipe book. In addition to the design and production of the interactive exhibits, we have also dealt with the creation of ad hoc audiovisual contributions on the rice processing phases and interviews with experts in the field.
